This is not a company to work just use and throw type management

Dislikes

They don't know the direction and vision of the company you won't get the clear instructions of the project from so called management. Not fixed salaries as they told you in the interview salaries may vary from month to month, running the company like a part time freelancing. Not an established company at all you won't get Official offer letter, ID card, Salary slips, not a single legal document from company. Better avoid this company job.
