I have working in this organisation from three years. And definitely they have recognise me and promoted me for different job roles, they have also a very friendly do workers. You have job security here unlike any company

Dislikes

There focus is not work done but how it get done. You have to do it with there fixed method,you really can't take your creative freedom. And you can't improve your skills

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
