i worked 8 years, 8 months. one day suddenly dismiss the 3 persons including me. the management reason is production & business is reduced the year, so management to take decision for manpower reduce the all departments. so HR informed resign the job. NO JOB SECURITY high salary employees at TEXMO INDUSTRIES.

Poorly handled by management when we about to complete one year, management have spy in every area and management gives importance to fancy people and not a real people who works for company. They believe few people blindly later they also fired by management.
