There no job security in this company. Work pressure is there and head office people are very cooperative and our CFO Sri Rajesh Mandale is very helpful and kind hearted I respect him always.

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.
