Although I am not employee of this company but will share my interview experiance with you. Ceo has conducted my interview and asked nonsence questions which is never expected from such higher authorities lie give break up of your desired salary etc. He things he is god and others are beggars. Uses non parliamentary words. Horrible

This is an old plant and there is a lot to learn but jobs are not secure in this plant.

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.
