The work culture is great over here. Any fresher can work smoothly following the foot steps of the immediate superior. The management allows and gives that space to every employee to work as they want to work. Overall it's a good work place.

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.
