Tetso college is one of the budding colleges in Nagaland with the best infrastructure and group of excellent teaching faculties.. Tetso college also has the best staff room and also provides laptop to all the teaching faculties. The college also gives opportunities for every teachers to write and publish articles..

The college has been growing in all respect and it is also encouraging it's employees to grow and develop their knowledge and skills all together

The salary is little low

My job at Tetso College is quite challenging as I have to take different commerce subject and I am the class teacher as well and along side I am the Program Officer Of National Service Scheme, Tetso College. I had to take up innovative ways to teach.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
