Tetra Pak is all about their Swedish Legacy. You will be treated as a member of Tetra Pak family

Dislikes

The only issue which is becoming a major concern nowadays is Indian Managers are not maintaining the Swedish Culture Values and in turn applying their so called best practices which is not helpful for organization reputation. Again, all the ratings given are with respect to Indian mentality to run Swedish business, nothing in person with company standards.

TetraPak has a flat organization structure - meaning you have less chances for frequent promotions or role changes. Hierarchy-less organization and hence makes delayed decisions.

Good for career beginners to grow the knowledge and corporate work culture. Canteen and bus facilities available

Dislikes

Flat organisation so limited job roles and limited work to do. EPC project experienced people will feel squeezed job role. Many things are standardized and no scope of further developments.
