Manager at the company won't analyse the situation of ground reality and take action against freshers on their silly mistakes. girls are treated superior than the boys. Higher authorities don't respond to the mails,and won't respond to the issues facing by the freshers.Big politics takes place here.

Nothing they just simply don't respect your work and dont recognize your efforts.. I have worked for 5 years and to get my Gratituty amount and final settlement amout also we have to wait double time than government set duration.. They will make you struggle like any thing and they won't help uou if you have any personal issues to frm home or any simple help also they don't support
