Nothing they just simply don't respect your work and dont recognize your efforts.. I have worked for 5 years and to get my Gratituty amount and final settlement amout also we have to wait double time than government set duration.. They will make you struggle like any thing and they won't help uou if you have any personal issues to frm home or any simple help also they don't support

Poor company as tissue paper is also stopped because of cost cutting 8. No hike given to me for this time duration 9.
