Gives opportunities to everyone, good marketing team and sales team. They bring in good projects / places engineers at different locations across globe. If you prove as a good engineer it's a good place to work with. Comparatively better management (compared to other service based companies). Arranges trainings if required.

Dislikes

Management process could have been little more automated.
