Working at Tessolve was good only because of the colleagues, Management very bad.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, Managers are very bad don't think us as human, work and money ratio is very very bad, Entering in the company is easy but the exit is really really difficult, So better think before joining.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
