so far nothing to like here beyond usage of resources.

Dislikes

Beyond looking for money, i don't see them doing anything else like IP development, R&D or other usage of resources. They even make it a point to underuse their resources for hourly rating of those resources and overuse their usage in projects.

Worst company to work for, If you join this company your career will be on the downturn

HR is dummy here in this company, No one supports any employee here, No job security, No upskilling chances, ONly dependant of single customer or project. If project over then you have to leave the company.

All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
