This company has many ways to exploit a hard working person for which I would never recommend or refer anyone to join this trap. Promises are never kept from what you have been offered during selection. (When it's already mentioned in offer letter). All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
