Dear Reviewer, We are disappointed to note that your experience at TESSOL does not meet the standards that we strive for as an organization. TESSOL is a strong believer in employee welfare and well being and is committed to ensuring the same. We have carefully designed policies and processes that aim to make working at TESSOL fulfilling and enjoyable. We have a strong HR and Admin team that also works passionately to ensure the same. It is unfortunate that your experience has been otherwise. If you are currently working with us, please do reach out to us in person with your grievances to help us understand and resolve the same. We would however like to highlight that inspite of our best efforts, the nature of work in some roles such as QC/ Service etc, requires unplanned travel and longer working hours during certain periods of time. We would also like to highlight that for such roles, the specific requirements related to frequent and/or unplanned travel and/ or longer working hours are communicated to candidates during the interviews itself. To ensure transparency in role expectations, as part of our interview process, we also facilitate discussions of shortlisted candidates with existing employees on similar roles to help shortlisted candidates have full clarity on role expectations. Only when candidates agree that they are comfortable with all specific requirements of the role, do we hire them. In such roles, we also make every effort to ensure that proper arrangements as per travel policy are made for travel/ stay etc. Timely payments of travel allowances, reimbursements etc is also made. We also offer compensatory holidays and flexible working hours to ensure employees in such roles are able to spend time with their families and take care of their and their families well being. Please do also know that TESSOL is a brand that maintains highest levels of integrity and transparency in all its dealings with all its stakeholders.
