Jio campus is the only good thing about this company

1. Poor management. 2. Individuals in management roles should consider taking a management course. People running companies without prior experience in management face challenges. 3. Work-life balance is worst, they force employees to work more than stipulated hours, which violates contracts. Even if you give your best effort, are dedicated to your work, this company may not appreciate it. When the time comes, they may dismiss you without proper consideration. 4. Firings are commonplace, and immediate terminations are frequent. 5. Rules seem to apply only to employees; upper management has more flexibility. Acts such as POSH apply to lower-level employees. They removed the female who reported a POSH violation but not the management personnel. They kept this information low-key and did not update Jio Official authorities. The HR (Human Resources) department should be renamed CR (Company Resource). 6. I am genuinely surprised at how this individual became the CEO of the company. He lacks the skills to manage the company, and anyone can come and influence him. People were fired from the company for personal reasons, which is unfair. The Co-Founder was even removed, and the reason was disgraceful. The CEO lacks plans for long-term company management. Although the vision was good, they are too late for Jio-glass. Technology has advanced beyond them, even though they started earlier. 7. The Head of HR is selfish; this is the result when someone from the operation teams becomes the Head of HR without prior experience. 8. I don't understand how JIO is unaware of such issues in the company. Jio should consider changing the management and possibly the CEO or appoint someone from JIO as the head because these individuals do not know how to handle the company. I am genuinely sorry for the current employees of this company. Anyone reading this should think twice before deciding to join.
