One of the high-quality product company certainly deserves high-quality associates, too, which is a complete mismatch. Lack of growth because of a flat organisation hierarchy and there is no proper defined and differentiated level.

I have moved from Sales to Marketing.....so it was an enriching experience for me.I was working as a senior product manager and was managing the whole product life cycle of the products which I was managing,beside this new product launches .
