Likes

I love the people and the work environment at my company. the team is collaborative and supportive which makes going to the office enjoyable. I feel inspired by the positive culture and the opportunity to work alongside such great colleagues.

Dislikes

While i appreciate everything the company offers, i think there's room for improvement in terms of benefits and rewards. its encouraging to see that steps are already being taken to address this.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
