It used to have a problem, but at the moment, it's cured. It was the middle management but now they don't exist in the system and new team open for suggestions.

Well, overall it is a great place to work. Job security as well as work culture are two most important things for any employee and Terrier (Quess Corp) ranked fairly good in these two department. Besides that appraisal are good and fair. Top management is quite helpful and cooperative.

1. No set processes in accounts and finance 2. Top management overcommits monthly earnings and forces the controller and finance team to abide by that in whatsoever manner! 3. No support from the reporting manager resulting in tremendous work pressure with zero personal life 4. Politics everywhere and corporate reporting is horrible5. Your work is being checked and mistakes are projected to the top management 6.
