I was affected by covid, intimated to company. Was under quarantine for initial days followed by was admitted to hospital with a total leaves for 30 days. No payment is given stating that it is Leave without pay. Not even a portion of salary paid to me, even after informing that based on company provided insurance card only 30000 was the eligible claim amount out of total 800000. I am highly depressed since there is no support from the leadership and senior management. It is not a good company to be associated with even for a day. No scope of growth, no support from management, no clarity on roles to the employees, non acceptable work culture and is only good for politics, there is no clear vision of the company on future growth. Company has no interest on employee growth, free quality time and not bother about any thing.
