Moderate food ,not bad ,somewhat good salary 13000 + 2000[attendance bonus],this is take home salary, if you are present over a month without leave. If you are in a company role , then lot of appraisals, benefits and good salaries [30,000] for G.E.T role, its great pays like an IT company. Good gain of knowledge in Maintenance department[but take for max. 1 year],move to other company.

No career growth Job security [Only one year training] Salary growth is also doubted, as obviously there is no career Company culture , management is not proper Suited the best , only for company roles or G.E.Ts ,otherwise then it is a hell out of your life, don't join Maintenance dept is an exemption , apart from this don't join the company if they put you in other roles.

I'm always been thanks to tenneco because when i was stayed at home on during lock down time they did credited amount in our account despite of all these safety is first in our tenneco company.

It's very hard to talk about this company bcoz i am very disappointed with my experience in this company, i worked here for 3 years pluse but nothing changes when i am enter in this company and exit with this company. I am always to try figure out to critical situations which is unnecessary but in the last i am tired and i desided to resign my my job, and when i was resigned my job that time, HR even not dissgus about my problem and my reasons which very disappointed point with any employees, i have many other points but yes that's it for now....Read More
