Previous management was really good and helpful so I enjoyed my tenure with euclid.

Now a days there is no job security stability in company. It is taken over by tender tiger Ahmadabad based LALA company I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company if you have responsibility of your family and specially when you have loan going on. New management is not ag all concern about employee. Hire and fire work culture. Dont waste your time there better to join some software company to start your career. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
