Had joined here as senior executive and after reviewing my performance in just a year i got promoted to team leader profile. you will get appreciated if you give your best. do not expect that company will give increment, incentives and other perks if you fail to perform your duties properly. not this only any of the companies are not going to provide such facilities without performance. yes, might be somewhere there are some negative people who plays dirty politics but it happens in each and every organizations and you have to deal with it. all is good but personally felt that on appraisal time getting compared on the base of years you served in the company instead of the performance you are giving to the company.
