Templatolio is a mismatched organisation with the senior management catering and favouring themselves. Vivek Bhatnagar who is the CEO and founder has manners worth 2cents! Doesn't follow any code of conduct and presses matter as per his own wish. There is no HR department in this company, with which you can imagine that your contract is a piece of paper worth rolling. No systems in place, HR/Finance is very haphazardly done. Loyalty and good work isn't valued enough. Management tends to put certain clients on high priority due to personal vested interests, even higher priority than employees. Don't see the company lasting too long.
