The management is very poor. They ll let you work at the weekends to match the unnecessary deadlines. They ll push you to work extra even after the working hours without paying overtime, not even the bonuses (not even on Diwali).

Templatolio is a mismatched organisation with the senior management catering and favouring themselves. Vivek Bhatnagar who is the CEO and founder has manners worth 2cents! Doesn't follow any code of conduct and presses matter as per his own wish. There is no HR department in this company, with which you can imagine that your contract is a piece of paper worth rolling.
