On time salary and as it is an established company, job security is there

Dislikes

Didn't like the work culture. Management is awful and policies are laughable

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My wife is working in cognizant. She is getting 11LPA with 7 years of experience as power apps and power automate developer. She got placed in one small company and they agreed to pay 16LPA. Is this below par? They said okay immediately for this package. Is she getting underpaid here or is it fine to join?
