If u are starting career as a fresher than it’s a good organisation. Telus hire any people who don’t know how to speak in English also . Promotion will be given to those who will intimate with the manager.

I like the happy here team.

Dislikes

Leaders are just asking for performance and telling all the time how hard work they did. However, they never how to improve things to get the revenue in organisation. I was hospitalised for a month or two due to some serious sickness. When I rejoined the with proper hospital documents organisation after sick leave TL and HR started pointing on every little things and daily meeting to torture me forcefully asked to resigned or get terminated. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
