Hr seem only active till you serving with them
Trainer are lazy to train you, there purpose being in office, seem at only last day of training. ( If you are friend of trainer head, smoke with her, every trainer have luxury at work)
Hr are polite and helpful when you join office, once you done with joining, then you will see more active them in laying over couches, roaming one building to other instead of working. ( They follow polices - bhai mai teri complain mat kar mai tera nhi karunga)
Most active team is IT. They work hard and quick. Immediately you leave work, your id access is expired even before you reach back home from last working day.
Meal will be promised but not servived later they will ask you to opt for meal card which deduct amount by ur salary.
Job security- if in need they take fools too who even not aware about process, many working there who even not speak English very well, but my luck ( to show diversity at work, they are there).
It's all about luck, politics, frndship with trainer you will able to survive at work even if you are not deserving.
They will make you resign to you by pressuring you, but say write in mail you willingly resigning.
After once you leave exist from organization, keep writing multiple mails to different hr, they will ignore first, if you lucky they will reply.after you waiting period, you again ask what's up after, bymsitenkly they saw your mail they will mail loopong Or trailing mail. Even commits you will recieve final payment on there fun Friday and Friday never came or fun is all by them what they do with ex employees.Kindly reduce work politics
Ask trainer to train new joiness, not to contribute there time out of trainning room listening loud music, playing and chatting trainer manger or smoking with her.
Ask follow standard way to testify or certification process for all, it's not be biased way for one team trainer will certify and for other QA will certify, even they too clueless about what teach and oreach in training. It's big loophole at trainning.
Follow Guildline of payment Wage Act, exist settlement must done on time.
HR must answerable to mails, when no of hr are so many but they fail to multiple answer mails. It's Ruins brand name.
Infrastructure is well maitained & hygenice
Cab facility & free coffee 24*7
Colleagues are supported and work environment is overall good.
