Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? First of all i would like to thank our radiology team I have worked for 6months as a junior xray technician our team was awesome no words to describe and our management members and our seniors help me a lot to learn thank you , if i get one more chance to work in this company i can work hard happily.

The work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 15 to 16 hours straight in a day . Some peoples are trying to pull out freshers and new commers , in our team some peoples are there if they committed to pull out of the company definitely they will pull , same thing happen to me also its hurt me a lot .
