Job security is zero. People get fired every month - if you ever had a discussion with the CEO and if he doesn't like you , then you will be fired. He uses abusive words like F &B all the time. For junior roles he says gali ka kuttha bhi coding Kar sakta hai.. worst company to work

Offensive language is used by CEO , he is clueless about the company. He calls you on your holiday and says you are you taking off n you are not serious about work while he takes 6 week international vacations. He has 2-3 people who think he is God n worship me. Rest of the company just can't stand him and his abuses. There are no new projects or orders coming through so business is getting shut down and people are getting fired .
