Only thing to like About TEK system is their fixed salary thing You don't have any variable component to it

There are lots of points, let me list few of them - 1. Most biggest con is, there is no job security, you will be on pity of the client you are allocated to, for Banking, HSBC is only their major client and once you are rolled off by HSBC, you dont have other option but to leave. In case client relieves you, you will have to leave TEK within 1 month 2. Again, you are at pity of client, once you are placed to a client, hardly anybody from TEK is concerned about you as long as their billing is active 3. No proper appraisal cycles, also the hike provided are not satisfactory 4. In case you are on bench of 30 days, you will not be provided any hike as long as you get settled to another project 5. The HRs who will be your SPOC, will be freshers who are in company for hardly 5-6 months and will not have any proper answer to any query getting raised 6. Lots of time there is an issue with syncing in timesheet due to which they might put your salary on hold...Read More

My HR is very good, she help me lot

Dislikes

No job security, it's purely like staffing company there is no difference between c2h and it's full employment. Once you are released from project they issued a notice that within next 30 days if you are unable to get into another project you would be released from organisation.
