It totally depends in whose team are you working. Some managers are exceptionally good and supporting but few are a hell to work with.

Dislikes

Management is poor. Some managers (not all) are not at all supporting. They themselves go home on time ( sometimes do not come to the office) but expect from the team members to stretch a lot.

Work Details

At the time of joining it was pleasure working with my TL. But later on my team was shuffled and the management in that team was pathetic. So it completely depends in which team are you working.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
