The company promotes learning by conducting various trainings and knowledge sharing. Access to upper management is easy. A very good product base from top MNC's. Work pressure isn't too much and Managers do value an individual suggestions.

Compensation is decent, and growth seems slow.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after Projects and Energy Audits. My Manager does provide great support at work. It is tiring at times, but surely a great learning experience.

No Job security, they only listen to there old employees even we had a point to explain but the upper management will not listen to you they even cut my bonus and salary after serving notice period.

Everything but specials dislike in this company is there internal politics which is getting handle by Production head.
