Very bad work life balance. Loads of politics. Not very supportive leadership. Not open to new ideas or tried and tested suggestions from seniors. No recognition for hard workers and their dedication.

Absolutely zero job security. They are exploring avenues and management is terrible with decisions. My Story: Got placed at Tekion( campus placement) in September 2023 - Internship+ FTE. Internship started in January 2023. Everything was working fine till July 2023 when suddenly management dropped a bombshell where 300 out of 400 int erns won't be recruited for FTE as promised. It was devasting for everyone as they haven't searched for other opportunities and College too got completed for campus placements. Most are still searching for other opportunities. All I can say is I got to learn so many things while working here which later helped me in my career progression.

Toxic culture , bad managers , managers will only listen to leads even if they give wrong feedback. Everyone will be silent even if you raise a voice against something related to culture or work life balance. All people cares about is their salary and stocks and ready to work like donkeys fo r it , day and night</mark>. I have to work on weekends many many times just to meet the target , sometimes voluntarily many times involuntarily. Lead will be a slave to manager. Pretty much less to none conversation with higher people even you’re at early stage of your career . And maybe possible that your lead will give incorrect feedback to managers or directors and ready to take the credit of your work himself. You will be called to office every day even if the company says to hybrid. They will say it’s hybrid but you take wfh for a day or two in a week then the brows raises. Pretty much bad and negative experience I had working here. Mentally exhaustive and physically challenging to work in such an environment. The releases and build releases have no timelines here, whenever the dev lead want they will push and you will be asked to test if you’re a QA.
