When I needed the most, I received a letter of non renewable of contract from the company, this is really not fare to terminate the contract of employees at such a disastrous time.

Dislikes

The culture of spooning is the most which is dislike by me, if you want to terminate the contract then you should tell your employee or give them hint to find a new job, relatives are preffered in tejas over hard work

Its been amazing working in the Tejas Networks Ltd. as it is a core company of the telecom sector, products of tejas are being used by all cellular company. Experience is very important in early stage of your job, if you travel some where company will reimburse, however its very demanding some times it is difficult to manage or balance regular life.

Dislikes

Manager is brilliant but the co-ordinator is working with a very different goal, he has no plan he just want to be boss not a leader. his leadership quality is just zero.
