It is better to keep chai stall than to work in this company I worked there for 4 year and even they did not increase 1 rupee also per year. They take deduction as pf contribution and they will depost the money when ever they require. Poltics is very high here if you a management person then with 0 years of experience you can become a department head. Now i lost four years of time.
