There is no job security, you can be fired at any time, Top management (Plant head ) is not good, Plant head (Mr.Dinesh sikka) behavior is not good. Due to the behavior of plant head many seniors and juniors have left their job or are looking for new jobs. promotion and salary increament is done on the basis of casteism.
