Growth is really slow. High performing and average performing guy gets almost same increment. No special recognition for High performing guys.

I think all departments have different experiences. Since we were a small department, our team was very open-minded and transparent. I had an excellent line manager who was supportive, understanding and guided me towards a career larger than my job at Tecnimont. I got enough freedom to work my way.

1. Cross transfer across departments (engineering to procurement, projects etc.) were not so welcome 2. Overall company work culture is ok. People working on Milan projects were relaxed while those working on Indian projects had to slog. 3. Some people got opportunities to go to Milan for 2-3 years and they got lot of allowances. Those staying back struggled a bit on that front. 4. Even though our department was good, top management pressurized us in favor of other departments. This caused a bit of disharmony 5.
