Everything from Salary to work environment to work-life balance.

Work Details

It was terrible working in the company. They asked me to work on various technologies as per their requirements ans gave proper facilities. Used to get salary in three months. They used to cut PF in 8k Salary and the PF A/C was never there.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
