1. Top few managers hoard the credit for themselves (maybe insecure) 2. No employee motivation 3. No work life balance. you are expected to work all the time.. even weekends they can call and ask you to work. 4. Late salaries 5. They will not give you your pending money and balance even after 90 days of leaving

No product culture. Bureaucratic top and middle management, lot of mind games on the resource by top management directly and through middle management, to achieve nothing, but to demotivate and extract as much as they can on both the sides. No trust on employees (if resource is not replying to messages or attending calls for 15 min, management will ask HR or line manager to discuss and update, this discussion may go for 1hr. Trying to use this as a negative factor through out the tenure with them). Making experienced new comers to train juniors on low budgets and sendoff when maximum extraction is done. No appraisal and intention to pay variable at all, for several months after due date, until either the resource leaves or they sendoff, this is the case also for employees hopelessly with them for long term. If they want to relieve an employee for their needs, hr will call at 6:00 pm to inform it as the last working day as a surprise, and notice pay will not be given as per papers signed to give it as resignation, if settlement asked as per agreement, then they threaten to put remark as termination. Very bad work environment . Lots of exceptions from freshers . No any work policy is followed ,polices are keep changing according to management needs. No salary on time. No job security at all ,they can throw you off according to their requirements. Lots of internal politics. No work life balance .

Though this company would have a great culture but no.When I left the company they informed me that they will settle the FNF amount in 120 and currently it is 220+ days where they treat employees like a slave and make them work overnight. Despite calling the HR team they were not providing the update on my FNF Amount even though on posting it on LinkedIn they don't care .Main thing is they don't care any of there employees seriously...Read More
