They use project management tool JIRA for projects. Project manager and other technical staff is very talented and hard working.

Before there were very good HR staff and Business analysts who were professional but now There is Irresponsible Business Analyst, irritating HR behavior showing no respect to senior employees and even thought herself as company owner. The Company did very well for first ten years. The Company fair and ethical employers and no whims. The Company only fired under performers.

Dislikes

The depended heavily on a single client who gradually withdrew business. Politics crept into the company"s culture and one person's whim worked resulting in wanton firing on the person's whims. It's no longer a good place to work in.
