Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and nationwide lockdown organization been very supportive for its working executive from March to Sept all team members were working from home. During this pandemic Techsaga haven't been left it's single working member with the management and leaders support and execution hardwork Techsaga is always ahead with its purpose and goals

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
