Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Working here was extremely terrible experience. 1. No proper management. 2. Favouritism(only works on favouritism) 3. No team work. 4. Rule over employees. 5. No Skilled leaders. 6. If you are expecting growth you are at wrong place. 7. No work life balance. 8. Toxic environment. 9. When you are on leave or weekend, you will getcalls to work. 10. Holidays are only in calendar, but you need to work on that day. 11. On paper it is Monday to Friday, but you need to work on weekends. 12. No positives only a trap would be set up for employers gain. Management is least bothered about employees only Favouritism is preferred. Better to stay out of puppets.

Dislikes

In my experience working at Techouts is completely disheartening. This company lacks clear direction and communication from management, leading to confusion and inefficiency to employees. There is a clear culture of Favouring ppl over other employees. With inadequate recourse and leads it’s pretty hard to survive. Overall Think before taking such calls with these kind of employers.
