There are many opportunities to learn new things day by day. and work culture is good, the management will consider the employees as business partners, so all the things are transparent. it's a good place for freshers and experienced candidates.

Dislikes

Sometimes there will be work on weekends depending on the priority. but it will be only a few hours of work to make their client happy. if you think as an employee then if you may dislike this if you think you as a business partner then it won't be a matter for you.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
