Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions. I wish I hadn't joined this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees and they are rude towards employees. Mutual respect is not at all there between management and employees.
