I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Managers and team leads won't let you work free. Sometimes you can't feel that your job is secured. The production you achive and the overall production they give to you won't match. And they will also increase the target level so that you can't get any incentives for you hard work. They won't provide proper leaves.
