The culture of the company is good. The management is caring and helpful. To be really honest there is nothing wrong with this company except the training and learning part. They don't seem to have training schedules for each department and seniors are mostly busy in their work so you have to learn everything on your own.

Dislikes

I would only say one thing that if you are thinking of joining this company in sales department and if you don't have the prior experience of the same industry, then you should not join this company. The product is too good to sell if don't have the knowledge of the industry and then you'll be wasting 1 or maybe 2 years understanding and eventually you'll leave the job. This is the only problem with this company....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
