The worst company I had ever join.. i dont recommend anyone as they hire employee without offering the discussed salary and offer letter just befooling others also dont pay salary. Always use to put same source code on every project. This kind of company never grows what always matter for them is money rest they never seek for any company's name n growth.

Dislikes

Management is terrible in this company with no job security, no salary, no policies, nothing is there.. I was cursing myself that why had joined that organisation.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
