Company culture was best one of the company i have worked. now days company getting supper from Gupta ji the owner of the company passed away . I have left the company but I hope 1 day company will grow 🪴 up.

Some top management person are responsible for taking down the company value who doesn't deserve that like post as RAJESHWAR SHARMA DGM BALOTRA POKRAN Project .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
