TECHNOCRATS is a company which deals with mechanical maintenance job. That's why I chose to work here. Here the working environment is friendly. There are lots of things to learn. Training of the company is too good. It's a good company to get deep knowledge about machines,and there components.But salary and job security is very poor.So I want to switch my job for security.

The only thing is poor salary. It's difficult to lead a standard Life style with this salary.

Work Details

I take the work permit,and perform the job with team of fitter,welder/gas cutter and helpers. Generally I overhaul gearbox, universal shaft, rolls,screw post, looper, spindle carrier etc. I also do the alignment of pumps and motors.

I was worked this company 5 months. Worst behavior of management VP and Ceo. They treat employees like slave. If ask questions about them, than they told Engineers don't know anything. Once work finished they throw us outside with in 1 sec. During my periods more than 9 staff resigned the job with out any notice period, because of Management undigested behaviour. They hold all of the salary more than 2 months. PF account number, PF amount didn't received. I was wasted my time and money during this period. They don't know how to treat staff. I lossed 1.20 laks my salary, PF amount. 2 months salary pending for me, I ask salary, they told you didn't do any work you can go anywhere. Treat like slave Salary not come more than 2 months Way of talking is rood and undigested behaviour by VP Lina. They are not pay money on time. Salary holding. Rood working culture. No job security. Blaming culture and don't trust any one staff and other.
